HVAC Service Technician

Full-Time | $25.00 – $35.00 Per Hour

Need immediately: reliable, motivated, and hard-working individuals to join our team! We service all residential and commercial up to 50 ton.

Currently we are hiring for the following positions:

  • Residential/Commercial Service Tech (refrigeration knowledge a plus!)
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotating On Call
  • HVAC service, repair, and maintenance experience
  • Valid clean drivers license
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • EPA certified or be willing to become certified
  • NATE certification is a plus
  • Monthly on-call rotation

HVAC Pipe Fitter

Full-Time | $? – $? Per Hour

  • 8 hour work schedule, M-F.
    • 7:00am – 3:30pm
    • Overtime if necessary
    • Need to meet strict deadlines
SKILLS
  • Read, understand and navigate blueprints
  • Planning and communicating with other skilled trades
  • Acetylene & Oxygen – soldering skills is a must.
    • Show and exercise proper brazing skills
    • Pressure testing piping
  • Introducing PRO-PRESS to our working field
  • Observe installation manuals and piping requirements
  • Observe and knowing the equipment that is being installed
    • Having prepared equipment for start-ups
  • Follow planned routes and being able to make adjustments
  • Plan efficient routes if not stated on prints
  • Create complete material lists for project
    • Account for extended material lead times
    • Plan ahead for the work week
    • Make sure you do not run out of materials
    • Help reduce downtime
PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES & NEEDS
  • Physical capabilities, as Pipe Fitters work in a physically demanding field and must be able to fit into tight spaces.
    • Lift 75 pounds.
  • Installing hangers for piping materials.
    • Concrete, wood & steel structures.
  • Indoor work; below ceiling, above ceiling and attic work.
  • Outdoor work; Crawlspace, rooftop and mechanical yard work.
  • Climb A-frame, Extension and Access ladders.
  • Operate scissor lifts.
    • Proper certificate.
    • Must use safety harness & 6′ retractable lanyard.
  • Hand tools; wrenches, tape measure/laser, levels, impact drill, hammer drill, drill bits

  • Refrigerant Pipe: materials worked with are ACR & Soft Copper material.
    • Insulating copper and sealing properly.
  • Drain Pipe: materials worked with are Copper & PVC material
    • Insulating copper and sealing properly.
  • Progressing our material installation with PRO-PRESS tools and fittings.
